Run #2756 by Armin at Shamrock Beach

Today’s hare was our young boy, Idiots Armin, setting his virgin run at the legendary Shamrock Kali Corner. He dragged along his co-hare, Excellent Choice, and the pair went out early in the morning to set the trail. Now the real question wasn’t whether Excellent Choice was an excellent choice as a co-hare… but whether Armin had made an excellent choice by choosing him in the first place! 🤣 The hare promised us a medium run with a nice trail. And true to his word, he delivered a super-duper nice trail — with a respectable 366m elevation gain all the way up to Carla Peak. Nice? Definitely. Medium? Well… that depends on which part of the hill your legs were complaining about! 😜 After laying the trail, our responsible young hare went back into the jungle again — this time as sweeper, making sure nobody was left behind. So young, yet already showing such good hashing responsibility. 👏🏻 Of course, being responsible doesn't mean he gets away from the abuse later! Back at the runsite, the hare generously served everyone a yummy dinner, followed by the traditional Down-Down circle. As usual, the circle was packed with plenty of formal charges, ridiculous charges and completely nonsense charges — all apparently designed for one noble purpose: to cool someone's butt! 🍻😂 A big THANK YOU to our generous young hare, Idiots Armin, and co-hare Excellent Choice, for organising and setting another memorable run for the records. A virgin run successfully completed, a good trail delivered, hungry hashers fed, and plenty of bullshit shared. What more could a hasher ask for? Verdict: Excellent trail, respectable elevation, responsible hare, generous dinner and plenty of nonsense. A very successful virgin run — well done, young man! 🍻 ON ON! 🏃🏻‍♀️🍺
