Run #2737 at Unknown
Run Report
Today was Stinky Tofu’s run—though, amusingly, no stinky tofu was served! The weather was hot, but the Hash spirit burned even hotter. We had a strong turnout of 29 members.
I wasn’t feeling well and had to miss the run, but the feedback from those who completed it was unanimous: it was a fantastic and adventurous trail. Unfortunately, I missed out on the fun.
There was a minor incident along the way when a member slipped on dried leaves and sustained a small injury. Thankfully, Iceman, one of our most respected hashers, had a first aid kit ready in his car and promptly stepped in to help. Thank you, Iceman, for your kindness and preparedness.
Moments like this remind me how grateful I am to serve as GM of such a caring and close-knit club. We truly look after one another like family.
As usual, the Down Down circle was called after dinner, bringing laughter and good cheer to end the evening on a high note. A big thank you to the Hare for a great trail, delicious food, and the much-appreciated subsidised beer—just the way members like it.
See you all next week at Penang Retirement Resort. On On!
